Do I have to type in my receipts?
Rarely. OCR and AI read each photo, PDF or email invoice and fill in the merchant, date, amount, tax and payment method, and suggest a category. You review it and fix anything unusual.
Is it safe to link my bank card?
Card linking goes through Plaid, the service many banking apps use, with read-only access. Perdio sees transactions so it can match them to receipts. It cannot move money or make payments.
Will it work with my company's expense system?
Most finance teams accept a PDF with receipt images or a CSV, and every plan includes both. Pro adds QuickBooks, and Team adds Concur and Expensify exports plus an approval workflow.
I pay with a company card. Can Perdio track spend outside of trips?
Yes. Charges that don't belong to a trip are kept as incidentals. Pick a month, quarter or custom range and export a PDF, Excel or CSV report of your card usage for that period.
What about receipts that don't arrive by email?
Take a photo of the paper receipt, pick it from your gallery, or add the expense by hand. It all lands in the same trip.
Does Perdio read all of my email?
Perdio looks only for receipts and invoices. Mailbox content is never used for advertising or sold, and you can disconnect your mailbox from Settings at any time.
How much does it cost?
The free plan includes 20 receipts a month. Pro is $12 a month for unlimited capture, and Team is $29 per user a month. You don't need a credit card to start.
